Refund policy

Returns are available within 90 days from the delivery date of your merchandise.

In case, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund, store credit, or an exchange.

 

Simply follow 3 steps to make your return:

1. Send a return request to LeParmentier using our web form or by sending an email to support@le-parmentier.com and include your order number, a list of the items you wish to return, and the type of return requested (exchange, store credit, or refund).

2. If your order is eligible for return, LeParmentier will provide you with instructions on how to return your item, including the address where to ship your package.

3. Follow the return instructions and ship the item back to us.

 

Please note:

• Return shipping costs to our warehouse in Italy are the responsibility of the customer. Any return customs duties and taxes, when and where applicable, will be fully covered by LeParmentier.

• Repack the product in its original boxes, including warranties. Do not include any other markings or text on the package except
what is specified in our return instructions.

• We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that
the item has been used. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

• All our items are carefully double-checked before to ship, in case you'd receive an item that seems to be defective or that may have been damaged during transportation, please notifiy to support@le-parmentier.com within 48 hours since receipt time.

• Any question or any doubt, do not hesitate to contact us at the very same email address or through the live chat, we’ll be glad to get back to you within 24 hours.


PS : Let us also remind you that all orders shipping to the USA, Canada, European Union countries, Switzerland, UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, UAE, Japan and Russia will be delivered free of any import fee, no extras, duties, tariffs, customs or VAT costs will have to be paid on delivery, we take care of them.
